Is the home survey really free?
Yes, with no obligation attached. We laser-measure every room you want floored and send a written, itemised quote. If you decide not to go ahead, there is nothing to pay and nobody will chase you.
How quickly can you come out?
Most home surveys are arranged within two to three working days across Bolton, Manchester and the surrounding towns. WhatsApp usually gets the quickest response.
Do you supply the flooring as well as fit it?
Both. We hold a large showroom selection and can also source specific brands and finishes you have seen elsewhere, then fit them with the same guarantee as our own stock.
Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes. Old floor removal, disposal and subfloor preparation are all included in the quoted price. We will tell you in advance if the old floor needs screeding first, so there are no surprises on the day.
What areas do you actually cover?
Bolton, Manchester, Bury, Wigan, Chorley, Preston, Rochdale, Salford, Blackburn and Horwich. If you are just outside that ring, call us and we will usually find a way.
Are you insured?
Fully. We hold current public liability and professional indemnity cover, and our own fully insured installers carry out all work. Certificates are available on request before any job starts.
